Return and refund policy:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase.
NO returns are accepted on cut fabric (including kits) as well as furniture, sewing machines and opened packages.
Gift cards are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and in original packaging.
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the purchased item was mailed to us, once we receive your merchandise we will be sure it is in
returnable condition and let you know of your return.
You are responsible for paying shipping if an item is returned to us.
Your return amount will be in the original form is was purchased. Cash, check or Credit card.
Shipping costs are non- refundable. If your returning an item that was originally shipped to you, your shipping will be deducted from your refund.
ALL sale items are a final sale.
If a check was written for the item, it can only be returned once your check has cleared your bank.
Class & Retreat fees are due at the time you enroll and are not refundable unless you provide notice 10 business days before the class begins (Except Judy Niemeyer retreats). There are no returns on Club fees because you would have taken advantage of those benefits and discounts as being a part of that particular club.
