and Canada who are organized and led by Karen Montgomery.

Through Sewposium, we are able to offer you exclusive programs, projects, patterns, fabric, and kits that only these Sewposium shops can offer. The Sewposium Shops meet once a year at our annual conference in Orlando Florida for a week to kick off the next year of programs. During that week we collaborate with each other and Karen on the programs that are lined up for the year.
Karen creates the Brown Bag Mystery pattern and program each year. One of the most popular and successful programs we do.
A lot of work, planing and effort goes into this program and it is an exciting and fun mystery for everyone involved.
We also offer many other exclusive patterns and programs through out the year.
Join the FaceBook Group "Nine Patch a Day" where every Sunday at 6:00 CT Karen will have an hour long program talking about everything "quilty". All through out the year you will see Patterns, kits and projects. labeled "Sewposium Exclusive" meaning you can only get this from a Sewposium shop.

Karen Montgomery
Karen Montgomery has a long history in the quilting industry. As a retired shop owner, she now works as a Jaftex Brand Ambassador, authors The Quilt Company line of books and patterns and is the creator of several Creative Grids tools. Karen also hosts Sewposium, a shop owner event that includes the Brown Bag Mystery program. You can find her almost every Sunday evening on Facebook live where she answers questions and talks quilting in the Nine Patch A Day Group. The rest of the week you can find Karen and her husband enjoying life on Amelia Island, Florida.

You don't want to miss this incredible Trunk Show with Karen Montgomery Friday evening November 7th 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
This will take place in our Retreat Center at Woodside Quilting. You will be surrounded by her beautiful quilts, table runners, bags and much more.
Join us as Karen talks about her $2.50 Patterns and how these wonderful patterns can help your sewing and quilting.
Karen has been designing and creating beautiful, simple, easy to follow patterns for years. Many of you know her for the "9 Patch a day" group. Where every Sunday evening Karen answers your quilting and sewing questions and coordinates many sewing programs including those of us in the Sewposium Shop Group. Come for refreshments as you will have shopping time before and after the lecture. It's gonna be a night to remember.

Karen Montgomery Class Saturday November 8th 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
Join us Saturday am for an incredible chance to learn in one of Karens classes.
She will be teaching her exclusive "Texas Twist" only taught in an exclusive Sewposium Shop.
You will have 2 choices of color ways for this beautiful quilt. "Texas Twist Jewel Tone" or a "Texes Twist Spice" Fall version.
There are rulers to help you make your quilt blocks perfect and Karen will explain how each ruler is used and how these will help you make perfect blocks.
Karen will also explain the benefits of each ruler and the advantages and uses for many other future projects.
You will complete one block during this class and Karen will walk you through every step of the quilt so you can complete the rest at home
including adding additional blocks and borders to make your quilt larger if you like.
The quilt size is 40" X 60" So making this quilt larger for a lap size or larger is an easy task.
Many of the students choose to make the quilt larger by adding 3 additional blocks. She will also offer several border options.
You will learn some of the best cutting instructions, piecing and quilt construction from Karen's knowledge.
