Wooly Mittens Table Topper

Join us for a delightful afternoon creating a whimsical table topper featuring cozy woolen mittens – the perfect cure for mid-winter boredom! This beginner-friendly project is a wonderful introduction to working with wool and decorative stitches. In this 3-hour workshop, instructor, Callé Friesen, will guide you through every step of assembling your project and demonstrate the decorative stitches featured in the sample. By the end of the session, you’ll have completed the applique portion and be ready to add the finishing embroidery touches at home with confidence. This project is a perfect showcase for Woodside’s stunning Sue Spargo line of hand-dyed wools. Choose two Fat 8th cuts for your base and backing, then let your creativity shine by selecting your mitten colors from our vibrant “Paint Chip” sets in the Spargo collection. As a bonus, all workshop participants will receive a 15% discount on project materials and tools – so it’s the perfect time to stock up and start stitching! Spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to make something beautiful and brighten your winter days. Sign up today and let’s get stitching! The project is 12.5" finished
