Basic Hand-Stitching Kit

Chenille #24 appliqué needles
Fine-tip embroidery or appliqué scissors
Pencil (for tracing pattern pieces)
1–2 sheets freezer paper (8.5" x 11")
Lightweight fusible product
(Refer to requirements listed in your selected Sew Cherished pattern.)
Assorted pearl cotton threads
(Coordinate with the wool colors in your chosen project.) colorfast size 8 or 12 Perle cotton threads (Wonderfil)
Additional Recommended Tools (Optional)
Wool pressing / appliqué mat
(Helps with layering fusible pieces and prevents adhesive transfer to iron or ironing board.)
Light pad / light tablet
(Helpful for tracing detailed pattern pieces.)
