- 1 Paint Chip stack in your favorite colorway or a collection of 5’x5” wool squares (6)
- Heat & Bond Lite 17” x 1 ¼ yards
- Fixion Clicker Pen or Chalk Pencil
- 1 Embroidery Floss or Pearl Cotton to pair with your chosen colorway
- 1 Embroidery Floss or Pearl Cotton in white or pearl for snowflake embellishments
Recommended Wool Applique Tools
- Chenille Needles: Size 22–24 (larger eye for embroidery threads)
- Embroidery Needle Threader
- Fabric Scissors: For cutting wool pieces
- Small Fine-tip Scissors: For precision cuts and embroidery thread
- Pins for securing pieces before stitching (if not using a fusible product)
- A pouch, tin or small storage container to keep tools organized

Calle's first quilt was hand-pieced from clothing remnants using templates cut from a cereal box, then hand-quilted on a frame. Callé says, "The joy of making something with my own hands has never faded." In addition to quilting and sewing, she is a fabric, print, pattern designer and watercolor artist. |
