The All Iowa Shop Hop brings together sewing and quilting enthusiasts from across Iowa and neighboring states. The event will run June 1 through July 31 in 2024. The All Iowa Shop Hop Magazine is your guide to all things about the event, participating stores and sponsors. The Magazine also includes valuable patterns, projects and articles along with the official passport and map. Each participating store offers the exclusive Shop Hop fabric and fun give-aways. Participants have their passport stamped at each store they visit to qualify for additional prizes.

It features everything you need for your Great Sewing Adventure Across Iowa.
- Magazines are now available at participating All Iowa Shop Hop stores.
- Besides an Official Passport and Map of Stores, the magazine contains patterns, articles and other resources for sewing and quilting.
- It will be your ONLY source for special shop-hop store hours and Regional and State maps that make it easy to plan your route.
- Each person in your party will need a passport in order to register for prizes.
- You’ll want to reference your magazine all year. Use it to find a quilt shop whenever you are meandering the country roads of Iowa. Be inspired by the patterns, projects and articles.
GET THE FABRICS!!! ...........
The 2024 exclusive fabrics feature a line of colorful batiks with a touch of Iowa. Three of the prints show agricultural scenes, while the other five showcase the state shape, oak tree, wild rose and goldfinch. A word toss rounds out the set of prints. Nine blender fabrics are also available. These are also batiks, with rich, marble-like patterns in more monotone color schemes.
Free Sewing Themed Note Cards
In addition to having your Passport stamped, you may pick up a free Note Card from each store you visit on your Great Sewing Adventures™ Across Iowa!
- Participating stores will give a 5″ x 4″ note card with envelope to each Shop Hopper.
- The cards feature a fun, sewing-themed message on the front, the store’s name and info on the back, and a blank inside.
- Since each Shop Hop store has a unique note card, you can collect the entire set by visiting every store!

Thanks to our generous industry and store sponsors, hundreds of prizes are available to All Iowa Shop Hopparticipants.

- All winners are selected by random drawing from qualifying Passports received (postmarked by August 3, 2024.)
